APPLICANT FAQ
Our goal is your basketball coach development. While Internships are primarily educational, paid opportunities exist depending on the candidate’s value and experience. Other tracks are standard paid positions.
For the Internship track, you don’t. We value ambition and energy over history. For our paid roles, we do require experience managing a team or a proven track record in skill acquisition.
Yes. We are flexible and can accommodate coaches with existing commitments. However, we prioritize staff that is available, reliable, and eager to grow within our system.
We focus on real-world value over paper certificates. You will gain professional experience in a top-tier facility, daily exposure to Pro & NCAA athletes and access to our global career network. It is an environment built for those who want to turn a passion into a profession.
We are looking for energetic coaches (16+) who are proficient in English and physically capable of active, on-court work. Whether you are a former player or just starting out, you must be punctual and reliable.
Most importantly, we require neutrality. We look for coaches who are here strictly to develop players, not to recruit them for their own external teams or programs.
