The ADA Summer Protocol is different. We run a structured, NBA-style training camp for 12 weeks. Position-specific skill acquisition, physical development, nutrition plans, and high-level 5v5 runs.

Your starting point doesn't matter; your ambition does. We accept players of all skill levels. To protect the quality of the work, groups are strictly separated by ability. Pros train with Pros; developing players train with peers
